Processing Time

1-3 Days and shipped the next available USPS day. 

Custom products may take longer and customers will be notified of the new deadline if this happens. 

Shipping Price

Free Domestic Standard 2-5 days. Customer pays  $15 for expedited 1-3 days shipping. 

Shipping Type

USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, which is cheaper. Comes with Insurance and tracking.

Delays

We will notify the customer once we've become aware of it. and advise any new deadlines.

All customers, please be mindful of delays due to weather conditions, holiday rushes, and more. We will do our best as a business to inform everyone. 

Shipping Refunds

Free Domestic Standard Shipping is free and there are no refunds. 

For Expedited purchases, if a customer paid for this, we will provide a refund if it gets delayed or arrive outside of the delivery date originally given when we mailed it.
