1 - Product breaking during shipment:
Depending on the product, we may be able to provide an exchange or a refund type.
2 - Product breaking within 30 days:
Depending on the product, we may be able to provide an exchange or a refund type.
3 - After 30 days:
Customers should reach to us. We may be able to fix or exchange. There will be no refunds. Shipping for exchange or fixes will be paid by the customer.
We may require a photo for the claim request.
Do you customize/personalize orders?
Most orders can be customized by size or some other variation. If you have questions on these variations, let us know.
