What are the processing times?

1-3 days.

If the item is stocked, we can have it shipped as early as the next business day when the order was made.

If we need to make the item, then it may take us up to the 3 days and shipped the next business day after.

Holiday USPS closures and Severe Weather Conditions can cause shipping delays.

Are our products handmade?

All products are handmade by us, my husband and I as well as made with handheld tools.

Materials or parts of the design we are not able to make by hand, we buy from a supplier and put together such as charms.

What products are not exchangeable or refundable?

Customizable and Personalized products are not exchangeable and refundable. This is because they are created on the specifics from the customer and can't be resold.

Common resolution options could be a partial refund to cover materials and shipping or provide free shipping to send back for us to fix the said item.

Although every situation is different and may not be resolved the same way.  

What if my item breaks?

1 - Product breaking during shipment:

Depending on the product, we may be able to provide an exchange or a refund type. 

2 - Product breaking within 30 days:

Depending on the product, we may be able to provide an exchange or a refund type.

3 - After 30 days:

Customers should reach to us. We may be able to fix or exchange. There will be no refunds. Shipping for exchange or fixes will be paid by the customer.

We may require a photo for the claim request.

Do you customize/personalize orders?

Most orders can be customized by size or some other variation. If you have questions on these variations, let us know.
