Customers have 30 days from the time of the delivery date stamp to let us know if there is an issue.

Some custom products may not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The best way is email is at contact@knightroseartchains.com with proof of the label it came in and the state of the purchased item.

After 30 days, we still would like to know if there is a problem. We may not be able to provide a full refund and customers may have to pay for any shipping that gets returned to us.

Anytime your item breaks (including after 30 days) let us know. We do provide free fix/exchange service on our products, but customers may have to pay for shipping if it's past 30 days.

Custom products may not be fixable or exchanged.

All products are put together by handmade tools. Stoned are collected from our rock hounding expeditions, cut by hand through handmade tools, and tumbled/polished.

Any items such as charms are bought from a distributor. We're working towards utilizing fellow Etsy Sellers.

Processing times is 1-3 days and shipped the next available USPS date.

Free Domestic Standard shipping is available using USPS Advantage Ground or Priority Mail (whichever is cheaper).

1-3 days expedited shipping is paid by customer.
